On July 18, 2024, the board of directors (the “Board”) of CS Disco, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an amendment and restatement of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”), effective July 24, 2024. The revisions to the Code include, among other things: clarifying classes of persons covered by and subject to the Code; updating contact information for the Company’s hotline service; clarifying that certain communications with specified government entities are not restricted by the Code or any other confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement entered into with the Company; and providing that the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, rather than the Audit Committee of the Board, will periodically review the adequacy of the Code for potential updates. In addition, administrative and non-substantive changes were made to the Code.
