announced the promotion of Melanie Antoon to Senior Vice President, Professional Services, and Aaron Trull to Senior
Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

financing, the leadership of Aaron and Melanie will be pivotal in further establishing DISCO as the leader
in legaltech through the creation and delivery of products legal loves. They will play critical roles as the company
scales to support its explosive growth, expands its employee base globally and innovates its multi-product, full
stack solution that delivers the platform and the product-powered services that transform the capabilities of legal
organizations and the practice of law.

In her new role, Melanie will oversee operations of DISCO Managed
Review in addition to the complete portfolio of DISCO
Professional Services and client support. Since joining DISCO in December 2019, Melanie has delivered
exemplary leadership that resulted in a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 88 for her team, with 83% of customer
respondents ranking DISCO’s professional services organization a 10 out of 10. Just as DISCO’s unique approach to

approach to professional services that creates legal magic for DISCO clients.
